HomePro is a leading home improvement retail in Thailand. HomePro has been utilizing LINE BCRM for a while. However, since BCRM capability is still limited, there are still data that BCRM cannot draw out for HomePro to Utilize.
We develop an advanced filter that can draw BCRM data and let HomePro filter user based on criteria that BCRM cannot do. Also, with this we also pull chatlog to perform text analysis that result in consumer insight and trend.
