Mahajak Mitsubishi Heavy Duty is a leading air-conditioner producer which sells their products through several distribution channels like in Mahajak Plus making customer data collection a difficult challenge. They want a platform that can collect consumer data from different sources and engage in enrichment tactics.
We have created a CRM platform in LINE OA where Mahajak customers can conveniently register for product warranty. All customer information from different sources will be gathered in one place, processed, and then displayed in our online dashboard.
