Project Details

Roza wants their Line CRM to be part of a channel “Connecting the taste of family happiness”, which can provide content and features that are useful and meet the needs and insights of the consumer. Roza aims to build the consumer brand loyalty and brand love in every stage of life of the consumer.

We provided a CRM Platform in LINE where Roza customers can register and engage in Roza Games and Personalized message such as onboarding campaign to retain users in our LINE CRM.
