Objective / Brief

Mahajak is a sole importer of JBL, lifestyle audio products, which sold in its own channel and distributors, making it challenging to collect a completed user data for CRM campaign.

Project Details

We design a chatbot in LINE platform that Mahajak customers can register a product warranty in a conversation, which is so intuitive that the process is completed in less than a minute. All of collected data is processed and shown in an analytic dashboard.
